Intermediary, being based in Gozo, Malta's sister island. We run a family business, with family values in mind. This is what has made the J. Debrincat name a trusted establishment in Gozo. Our family values have made us successful, and we strive keep these values.

Our firm was established by our founder - the late John Debrincat who passed away 30 years ago at the age of 50.  He was the first Professional Estate Agent on Gozo and one of the first Tied Insurance Intermediaries on Gozo. He worked hard and above all was honest. His fine principals made him successful. About 35 years ago he registered a company called Mgarr Enterprises Limited. When he passed away, his daughter  kept the business running. She changed the name of the company to J. Debrincat Limited in his honour.

Today, his daughter still runs the company, always ready to assist their clients in any way they can.

Location - We are centrally located in the prominent St Francis Square Victoria Gozo. Just seconds walk from the Bus Terminal and the main parking area.

Office Hours - Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm and from 2:30pm to 5:30pm, on Saturdays we are only open during the morning.

The Team - We are a staff of 4 employees Joyce Grech nee Debrincat, George Grech, Yanica Camilleri B. Com (Hons) Insurance & Risk Management and Eugenia Borg. We are all ready to help you in the services we provide and to help you with any other information that you need to help you settle on Gozo.

AIPL is a cell company authorised under the Insurance Business Act 1998 to carry on general insurance business. The non-cellular assets of the company may be used to meet losses incurred by the cells in excess of their assets. AHIAL is authorised under the Insurance Distribution Act to act as Enrolled Insurance Agent for Atlas Insurance PCC Limited. All entities are regulated by the MFSA.
